With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia M. (McCarthy) Hart of Georgetown, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 1, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel McCarthy and Mildred McCarthy of East Boston; her siblings, Dennis McCarthy and Maureen Freitas; and her brother-in-law Edward Freitas.
She is survived by: her husband Peter Hart; her children, Christopher Hart (Elizabeth) of Midlothian, VA and Jennifer Hart (Brad Emerson) of Newburyport, MA.; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Alex, Ben and Lauren Hart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
