Charles S. Parisi Jr. Obituary
Charles S. Parisi Jr., 72, of Gloucester, passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025. He was the husband of Priscilla (Bates) Parisi, with whom he shared 49 wonderful years of marriage.
Born in Gloucester, Charles was a Gloucester fisherman for most of his life. He graduated from Gloucester High School in 1971. He worked on his dad's boats as a young man. He was the owner of the American Gold lobster boat. He was one of those guys who could fix anything and was always ready to help anyone!He loved fishing, riding his motorcycle, and he truly valued his family & friendships.
In addition to his wife Priscilla, Charles is survived by his daughter Brenda Wood, her husband Jake, and 2 beautiful granddaughters, Ella and Lilly. He also leaves behind his sister, Regina Sargent and her husband David, nieces Ariel Sargent, Hana Sargent along with her husband Tucker Hugel and their children, and dozens of cousins whom he loved.
Charles was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Virginia; his brother, Sal; and his nephew, Salvi.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, September 1, 2025, from 4-7 p.m. in the Greely Funeral Home, 212 Washington Street, Gloucester. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Ann's Church, Holy Family Parish on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
