With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles J. Steiner in Gloucester, Massachusetts, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2026 at the age of 99. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Steiner and Hannah Steiner; his wife Nancy Stern; his sister Lorraine Dreyfuss; and his daughter-in-law Marilyn.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Steiner (Patti) of Houston, TX and Susan Steiner (Henry Ferrini) of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Laurie Pickei (Ross), Scott Steiner (Lauren), Isaac Steiner Ferrini, Zach Savrick (Marissa) and Carson Savrick (Katy); and his great grandchildren, Morgan, Tanner Pickei, Mason, Kennedy Steiner, Eve, Stella and Robbie Savrick.
