He is survived by: his parents, Windsong Blake and Laura Blake (Cosmo) of New Bedford; his sons, Samuel Blake of Los Angeles, CA and David Moutry of Germany; and his siblings, Alden "Billy" Blake (Cynthia) of Lehigh Acres, FL, Stephen Blake of New Bedford, Jesse Blake of SanDiego, CA, Dennis Tongue of Los Angeles, CA, Laurie Blake of New Bedford and Eva Scott of Quincy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
