George M. Blair Sr. Obituary
George M. Blair Sr, 92, passed away on Saturday December 13 at Brightview nursing home in Danvers. He was born in Gloucester on June 1, 1933. He worked as an electrical engineer for Bell Telephone Laboratories in North Andover, Ma.
He retired early to follow his passions. George was an outdoors men who loved to fish and hunt, boat, camp and travel. His favorite destination was an annual month long trip to Aruba with his wife Maria of 68 years.
He is survived by his son Michael Blair and his wife Carolyn of Magnolia: granddaughters Stephanie of Naples, Fl and Alix of Pelham, NH.
He was predeceased by his wife Maria (Dee) and their son George Jr.
In keeping with George's wishes, his services will be private.
