Jason P. Hallock Obituary
Jason P. Hallock, 63, of Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA, passed peacefully at home after fighting a fierce nineteen month battle with cancer. Jason was born in Worcester, MA on December 10, 1959, and was the son of the late Dr. G. Vinton Hallock and Eleanor (Sjögren) Hallock.
Jason served in the U.S. Navy from 1979 to 1984, when he began working at Varian Semiconductor Equipment as a final test technician. Jason, "Stickman", was a former Vice President of the Massachusetts Motorcyclist Fund (Riders Helping Riders), an active member of the Gloucester Elks Lodge #892, Manchester American Legion, Cape Ann Rod and Gun Club and Honorary Member of the Aces & Eights Motorcycle Club.
Stickman was an avid motorcyclist, angler and hunter. He was at his happiest when riding his Harley with Carol. Those who have had the good fortune to know him, know what a special person he was. Stick will be sorely missed by many.
Jason leaves his son, Justin P. Hallock of Rowley, his devoted life partner Carol Richardson, his sister Candace Cummings and her husband Robert and their three children, David, Brian and Krystal of Conway, SC.
He was predeceased by both parents and his brother Peter Hallock.
