With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Andre Picard of Gloucester, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 2, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene S. Picard and Elise Anne Picard (Babineau). He is survived by: his wife Genevieve; and his sisters, Claire (Carl Gundel) of Needham, MA and Dianne (Steve McColgan) of Plainville, MA.. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at the Orthodox Church of Saint John the Russian (16 Mt Pleasant Ave, Ipswich, MA 01938).
