She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Carter and Dorothy Carter; her husband Manuel P. Rocha; her siblings, Richard Carter, Phyllis O'Hanley and Jean Randazza; and her friend Hazel Ellis.

She is survived by: her children, Manuel P. Rocha, Jr., Diane Legendre and Ronda Tucker (Russell); her grandchildren, Ronell Crocker (Brian), Russell Tucker (Beth) and Olivia Legendre; her great grandchildren, Noah, Jacob Crocker, Samantha, Vanessa and Malia Tucker; and her sister Francine Dench (Phil).
