She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo T., Sr. and Jean B. O'Neill (Murphy). She is survived by: her daughter Briana R. Collins (Peter) of Rochester; her grandsons, Sullivan D. and Sawyer P. Collins; and her siblings, Leo T. O'Neill, Jr. (Barbara) of Tewksbury, Joyce B. O'Neill (Larry Martin) of Scottsdale, Arizona and Elaine M. O'Neill (Paul Chaet) of Framingham. She is also survived by loving Nana' to her precious grandchildren.
