Katherine L. Deegan Obituary

Katherine Deegan, age 57, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, July 17, 2026, following a brief illness. Born on March 14, 1969, Kathy was raised with her family in Mansfield, Massachusetts, and graduated from Mansfield High School in 1987.

Kathy was known for her warm personality and sense of humor. She most recently worked for Bay State IT, and was regarded as an organized and valuable team member. She enjoyed crafting and spending time with her husband and their two cats.

Kathy is survived by her husband, James Callahan; her father Paul Deegan of Taunton, MA; her brother Neil Kantelis of East Wareham, MA; her brother Dave Kantelis and his wife Elizabeth of Norton, MA; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Karin Kantelis, her stepfather, Richard Kantelis, and her older brother, Paul Deegan.
