Kurt Michael Ryan Obituary

Kurt Michael Ryan, 15, of Gloucester, passed away at the Addison Gilbert Hospital on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, unexpectedly after complications from COVID-19. Kurt was born in Beverly, MA on April 22, 2006, to parents Daniel and Tammy Ryan.

A humorous, and loveable teenager, Kurt was known by his friends and family to be smart, kind and always there to brighten the lives of others. An avid computer and videogame lover, who could be found online, talking, and joking with his vast community of friends. He was in his sophomore year at Gloucester High School. Kurt will be missed by all who were fortunate and blessed to know him and forgotten by none.

He is survived by his parents Dan and Tammy Ryan, siblings Reese and Sally Lambert, grandparents Michael and Val Walsh, uncle and godfather Steven Ryan, aunt Kristine Ciolino and her husband Nick, and cousins Nicholas and Nathan Ciolino.

Services will be held on a later date when the weather is better and COVID-19 is not so prevalent. Arrangements are by the Greely Funeral Home, 212 Washington St. Gloucester.
