Natalie A. Linquata Obituary

Natalie A. (Killey) Linquata, 91, of Gloucester, passed away quietly at Seacoast Rehabilitation on Thursday, January 27, 2022. She was the wife of the late Sebastian "Arizona" Linquata. She was predeceased by her her older brother Eugene Killey and her much loved younger sister, Mary Lou Joseph.

Natalie was born in Gloucester MA on January 20, 1931 and was the daughter of the late William and Lillian (Baxter) Killey. She leaves behind her daughters, Roberta Frusteri and her husband, Jack and Kimberly Moses, and her granddaughter, Tiffany Baskin, and two great-grandchildren, Brody, and Sydney.

A Sawyer medal recipient, Natalie graduated from Gloucester High School with the Class of 1949. Right out of high school, she started working as a legal secretary, and spent most of her career as an unemployment adjudicator for the Commonwealth of MA. She received many awards for her conscientious performance and enjoyed helping people.

Natalie enjoyed traveling with her husband and loved playing Keno. She was always ready for coffee with her sister, Mary Lou, and adored spending time with her nieces, Roni Joseph, Patti Joseph and her wife, Mary Lawlor, and Lori Jean Thorstensen and her husband Lee, and nephews, Philip Joseph, and his wife Annie Keane, and she especially loved drives around the backshore with Gary Joseph and his dog, Atticus. Natalie leaves behind her lifelong friend, Priscilla Cunningham, and new friends, Katherine Giacolone and Jonathan Pappas.

The family would like to acknowledge the love and the care she received at Seacoast especially from the nurse's aides and case workers: Josie Carey, John Kasera, David Collibee and Gabe Norris and Sophia Giacolone.

Visiting hours will be held privately. Her graveside service will be on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 11 a.m. in Calvary Cemetery, 151 Eastern Ave, Gloucester. Family and friends are cordially invited. Masks and social distancing protocols must be adhered. Natalie loved cats and dogs, and in lieu of flowers, the family thanks you for any contributions made in her memory to the Cape Ann Animal Aid, 4 Paws Lane, Gloucester, MA 01930.
