Natalie E. McKay Obituary

Natalie Eleanor (Greeke) McKay, 90, of Gloucester, wife of the late David Roth McKay, passed peacefully on Saturday August 5, 2023.

She was a lifelong resident of Gloucester, born February 2, 1933, daughter of the late Donald L. Greeke and Stella (Adams) Greeke, graduating from Saint Ann's High School in1951.

Natalie and Roth married on April 10, 1955, and the two shared 64 Years together until his passing in 2020.

Natalie worked for many years at Saint Ann's Rectory until her retirement.

Natalie and Roth enjoyed many years living and walking along the boulevard, and skiing in New Hampshire with their good friend Msgr. Daniel Sullivan.

Natalie is survived by her daughter, Deborah A. Lanphear and her husband William of Lynn; her grandson, Roth W. Lanphear of Utah; and many nieces, nephews & cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Elaine Adams.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a brief service at the Greely Funeral Home, 212 Washington Street, Gloucester on Monday, August 14, 2023. Visitation will be held prior from 10-11a.m. Burial service will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Gloucester.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Natalie's name to St. Ann's Church, Holy Family Parish, 60 Prospect Street, Gloucester, MA 01930.
