Randi J. McKay Obituary
Randi McKay, age 61, of Gloucester, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 8th, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Randi was born on September 11th, 1964, in Gloucester MA to John and Catherine (Critchett) McKay. She resided here most of her life and was a graduate of Gloucester High School Class of 1983.
Randi treasured spending time with her two loving sons and her family. She was so proud of all their accomplishments. She had a hand in raising all her nieces and nephews and was blessed to do so. Randi was always ready to help someone in need and was grateful for any help she received throughout her life. She would be happy to know that through the gift of organ donation she was able to save someone else's life.
She is survived by her two loving sons Tyler and Trevor Pelletier, as well as Tyler's fiance Ashley Stanton. Her sisters, Dorothy DeLima and Donna Dennis and her husband Michael. She is also survived by her good friend Marirose Smith, who was more like a sister to her.
Randi leaves behind 12 nieces and nephews: Jillian Cody, Jami Kolodzik, Jessica DeLima, Jaclyn Trefry, Courtney and Corey Buffum, Jonaie Hilton-McKay, Jordan, Jacen and Brianna Horne and Michael and Matthew Dennis.
She also leaves behind 17 great nieces and nephews and 3 great-great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased in death by her parents John and Catherine (Critchett) McKay, sisters Cassie McKay, Helen "Tinky" McKay Horne, Jo-Ann "Gogo" McKay and Rhonda McKay, brother John "Jack" McKay Jr. and brother-in-law Joe DeLima Jr.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, at 11:00am at Our Lady of Good Voyage Church, 142 Prospect Street, Gloucester. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and join together for a celebration of life immediately following at the Gloucester Fraternity Club. A private burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements by the Greely Funeral Home, 212 Washington Street, Gloucester.
