It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra R. Tarr of Gloucester, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Horace Gibran; and her father-in-law Roy. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Tarr; her mother Mary Gibran (Salah) of Gloucester; her daughter Nicole Carter (Jonathan) of Miami Shores, FL; her grandchildren, Zachary and Alexandra Carter; her brother Gregg Gibran; her brother-in-law Richard Tarr of Gloucester; and her mother-in-law Lillian Tarr.
