He was predeceased by: his mother Bette Jendrzejewski. He is survived by: his father Robert Jendrzejewski; his son Matthew; his brothers, Randy and Jonathan; his sisters-in-law, Tina (Froment) and Samira (Sheth); his niece Courtney Jendrzejewski; and his nephews, Nikhil and Krishna Jendrzejewski.
