It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Webb (Grafton, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Debra Webb to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Webb; and her parents, Margaret Turner (Connolly) and Kenneth Turner. She is survived by: her daughters, Chief Warrant Officer 3 Nicole Webb (Major (Retired) Patrick Engeman) and Alyssa Smith (Stephen); her grandchildren, Joseph and Haylee; her brothers, Kevin Turner (Donna) and Tod Turner (Patti); her nephews, Josh Parsekian and Zach Turner; and her friends, Steve and Kathy Goulet. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren.
