He was predeceased by: his wife Gail Fields (Lacilla); his brother Brad Fields; and his parents, Blanche Fields (Kowalski) and Irvin Fields. He is survived by: his children, Michael Fields of Grafton and Cindy L. Wolochowicz (Peter); his granddaughters, Cali and Brea; and his siblings, Ronald Fields and Sandra Goyette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
