He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Judith Connelly, Robert O'Brien and Brian O'Leary; and his parents, Mary J. Foley (Walsh) and John M. Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Foley (O'Leary); his children, Mic Foley (Kristin) and Caitlin Gardner (Gary); his grandchildren, Kegan, Lillian Foley, Kiernan and Cavan Gardner; his siblings, Jay, Mark Foley and Anne-Marie O'Brien; and his sisters-in-law, Maureen Oates and Deirdre Kayajan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
