He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ann Marie Foley (Connolly); his children, Robert P. Foley III and Caileen M. Foley; his parents, Machiko Foley and Margaret Wendlandt; his brother Kip Foley (Jodi Cutler); his nephews, Ben and Sam Foley; his brother Tim Foley (Janice); his siblings' child Lauren Foley; his sister Veronica Miller (Peter); his siblings' children, Wesley, Bridget, Christopher and Cindy Sulewski (Brad); and his siblings, Billy Richards and Sheileen Coggins.
