He was predeceased by: his brothers, Gary and Brad Fields; and his parents, Blanche Fields (Kowalski) and Irvin Fields. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Saad); his son David Fields (Dacia); his sister Sandra Goyette; and his former wife Anne Fields. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
