He is survived by: his parents, Robert J Zaik and Nancy J Zaik Sr.; and his siblings, Robert J Zaik Jr. (Crystal), Francis A. Zaik, Jennifer L Mahoney (Michael Hetzel), Moreen and Monique Tardif. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
