He was predeceased by : his father Frederick LaFortune, Jr.; and his brother Dennis LaFortune. He is survived by : his mother Barbara LaFortune; his wife Nora LaFortune (Kennedy); his daughter Helen Duda; his son-in-law Timothy Duda; his granddaughter Abigail Willow Duda; his son Patrick LaFortune; his great grandchild Jayden Nora LaFortune; and his siblings, John LaFortune, Frederick LaFortune (Lisa), Eric LaFortune (Christine), Michelle Kane (William) and Maureen Owsiak.
