He was predeceased by: his parents, David Berndt and Kendra Berndt of Montgomery, MA; and his brother Peter Berndt. He is survived by: his significant other Avola Berndt (Brown); his sons, Chadwick Berndt (Jessica) of Belchertown, MA, Adrian Berndt (Nicole) of Granville, MA and Timothy Driscoll (Ashley) of Holly Ridge, NC.; his siblings, David Berndt (Denise) of Westfield, MA, John Berndt (Colleen) of Idaho and Pamela Kellam (Joseph) of Huntington, MA; and his pets, Sandy and Kayle. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, seven grandchildren.
