He is survived by: his wife Erika; his children, David Sheldon (Patricia) of Concord and Heidi Fortune (Alvin) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Karilyn Calvert (Dustin) of Boscawen, Kathryn McKillop (David) of Concord, Alvin Trent Fortune, Jr. and Erika Fortune; his great grandchildren, Matilda McKillop, David McKillop (DJ) and Marcus Calvert; and his brother Howard P. Sheldon of Fort Myers, FL..
