She is survived by: her children, Matthew Hagen and Jessica Cappelli; her grandchildren, Rhiannon Hagen (Jeremy Rodrigues), Wes Hagen (Ashton Smith), Laura Cappelli (Robert Dancks) and Ian Cappelli (Emily Tarnawa); her great grandchild Jude Carroll; her nephew Keith Schiaffino; and her former husband Paul Hagen. She is also survived by relatives, as well as many dear friends.
