He is survived by: his sons, Ethan (Shannon) of Canandaigua, NY, Devin (Dawn) of Chicago, IL and Carson (Elyse) of Chicago, IL; the mother of his children Carolyn McAllister of Dresden, NY; his granddaughters, Aria, Lilliana Poole, Evelyn, Alice Poole and Mildred Agnello Poole; and his siblings, Mary Forsyth Poole and Alan Forsyth Poole.
