He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julius Iemolini and Anne Iemolini (Ruesch); his wife Teresa Iemolini (Kradel) of Stockbridge; his son Matthew Iemolini (Elizabeth) of Great Barrington; his siblings, Lawrence Iemolini (Annette) of Sheffield, Christine Congdon (Richard) of Great Barrington, Gail Heady (Merritt) of Great Barrington and Linda Jennings (Craig); and his siblings-in-law, Mickey Kradel (Amy) and Karen Kradel (Chuck Kohrer) of Stockbridge. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Rick's name may be made to either Hospice Care in the Berkshires or Berkshire County Allied Golf Association Scholarship Fund in care of the funeral home.
