Clark, Jr. (Timothy) of Haverhill, MA.; her grandson Edward A. Smith (Sara); her great grandchildren, Christian, Zachary and Alexander Smith; her great great grandchild Gianii Smith; her parent Elizabeth "Betty" Smith; her stepfather Carl Smith; and her former husband Jason E. Clark, Sr..
