He was predeceased by : his parents, Roger J. Hosford and Lillian C. Hosford (Fellows). He is survived by : his sister Melinda A. Chase of Granville, MA; his nephew L. Nathan Chase; his niece Susanne M. Chase of Granville, MA; his great-nephews, James C. Holt of Sarasota, FL and Jonathan C. Holt of Irvine, CA; and also, Cyndi, Lisa, John, Helen, Beru, Olive and Wayne.
