He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Arthur L. Bruffee and Barbara Bruffee (Nuchten); his wife Guiling Ding; his siblings, James A. Bruffee (Susan) of Granby and Katherine R. Maleno (Michael) of Greenfield; his nieces, Julie Baliga of Manchester, Nancy Maleno and Victoria Maleno of Greenfield; and his nephew Joseph Bruffee of Vernon.
