He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Francis E. Denison and Beulah Denison (Brown); his former life partner Susan Hale; his wife Deb Denison (Hartshorn); his sons, Derek Denison of Greenfield and Jason Denison (Shawna) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Kenzie, C. J., Jackson and Cole-David; his siblings, Kathy Montiglio (Bill) of Bernardston and Michael Denison (Susan); his brother-in-law Rick Hartshorn (Brenda); and his uncle Paul Nelson (Ann Cook). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
