He is survived by: his wife Bonny; his sons, Evan (Pam) and Jesse (Emily); his granddaughters, Miriam and Simone; his brothers, Bruce, Roger, Dan and Pete; his sisters-in-law, Maryanne and Joan; his nieces, Leigh and Kristin; and his nephew Joshua.
