She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Meader (Day) and Carleton Meader; her husband Albert Hawks; and her siblings, Vivian Hale and Forrest Meader.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas (Donna), Lawrence (Shelly), Richard (Halima), Gary (Andrea) and Catherine; her nephew Mark Meader; her grandchildren, Samantha, Jennifer, Emily, Benjamin, Katelin and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Leo, Hannah, Samantha, Briar and Orion.
