She was predeceased by : her parents, Christopher Ford and Arlene (Beaudoin); her husband Theodore R. Everett Sr.; and her sons, Thomas Michael Chapin of Oakdale and Kevin Joseph Chapin (Jeanine).

She is survived by : her daughter Danielle Tweed (Patrick); her daughter-in-law Jean Chapin of Oakdale; her grandchildren, Justin Chapin (Melony), Austin Chapin, Codie Chapin, Jeremiah Layden and Tamara Layden; her friend Camella Sebastiano; and her pet Violet. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
