He was predeceased by: his father Rev. G. Richard McKelvey. He is survived by: his mother Joan McKelvey (Miller) of Greenfield; his wife Lynn McKelvey (Jordan); his children, Matthew (Erica McKelvey) and Meaghan Lustberg (Ryan Lustberg); and his siblings, Stephen McKelvey (Diane) of Belchertown, MA, Mark McKelvey (Kim) of West Boylston, MA, Kevin McKelvey (Liza) of Venice, FL, Kathy (McKelvey) and Burke (Patrick) of Portsmouth, RI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kostanski Funeral Home (220 Federal St, Greenfield, MA 01301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the The Churches of St. James (8 Church St, Greenfield, MA 01301).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
