Roger Emerson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger Emerson (Greenfield, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 8, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Roger shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Roger farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his mother Naomi Emerson (Dennerly). He is survived by: his father Lawrence Emerson; his wife Lori Emerson (Anton); his children, Nicholas Emerson (Racheal) of Greenfield and Christina Forde (Dylan) of Turners Falls; his granddaughter Annette Cote; and his sister Judith Leveille (Neil) of Turners Falls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with family members.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the Greenfield Funeral Home (87 Franklin St, Greenfield, MA 01301). A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Green River Cemetery (56 Wisdom Way, Greenfield, MA 01301).
