We bid farewell to Virginia Peck (Greenfield, Massachusetts), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 9, 2026 at the age of 87. Virginia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orrin Howe and Hazel Howe (Stevens); her former husband Marvin; her son Charles Marvin; and her brother Steven Howe.

She is survived by: her husband James Merriott; her children, Kathleen Pease (Armand Valois), Deborah Shelmidine (Jim) of Norwood, NY and David Peck (Kathleen) of New York City; her brothers, Robert Howe (Linda) and Richard Howe (Jackie); her grandchildren, Eric Meissner, Samantha (Chris Pimentel), Nicholas Shelmidine, Jason Shelmidine and Le Shelmidine; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Josephine, Dominik, Caia and Gideon; and her pet Danny.
