He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Conway (Birch); and his brother Scott Dietrich of Methuen. He is survived by: his father George Conway of Raymond; his wife Gemma L. Dietrich (Coleman) of Groton; his children, Dennis J. Dietrich (Heather) of Shirley and Rachel L. Dietrich of Groton; his granddaughters, Annabelle and Johanna Dietrich; and his siblings, Natalie Maggio of Atkinson, Mark Conway of Raymond and George Conway of Salem. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
