He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Jeffers and Evelyn Jeffers (Gustavsen); his wife Beverly Dilts; his daughters, Kris (Bill Lawler) and Jen (Tom Delaney); his granddaughters, Nina and Danielle; and his sister Shirley. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be sent to Lawrence Academy for The Richard A Jeffers Heritage Center Endowment Fund which is being established by the class of 72' in honor of their 50th reunion.
