He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carr and Ann Carr (Starr); his brother Alan; his niece Jessica; his sister Jamie; his grandparents, Milton and Mary Starr; and his uncle Jon Starr.
He is survived by: his wife Holly; his son Steven; and his brothers, Todd, Roy and Ed. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Badger Funeral Home (45 School St, Groton, MA 01450).
