She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude A. Hastings and Grace M. Hastings (Burgess); her husband Howard R. Hill, Sr.; and her siblings, James and Marilyn.

She is survived by : her stepson Howard R. Hill, Jr.. She is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
