He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Dow); his children, Jennifer Stanton (Bill) of Saugus, Justin M. Napolitano (Amy) of Groveland, Joel Napolitano (Heather) of Chelmsford, Jamie Napolitano-Painter (Shelby) of Atkinson, NH and Jody Napolitano (Jared) of Haverhill; and his siblings, Felice Gardner of Lexington, Gina Napolitano of Peabody, Mark Napolitano of Saugus and Phil Napolitano of Peabody.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home (549 Lincoln Ave, Saugus, MA 01906). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory may be made to Boston Children's Hospital at bostonchildrenshospital.org.
