He is survived by: his wife Millicent "Mitz" Guerrin; his children, Frederick Guerrin III (Michele Guerrin), Lisa Guerrin Johnson and Carolyn Guerrin Eddy (Timothy Eddy); and his grandchildren, Paige Morgan Eddy and Ryann Katherine Johnson.
