He is survived by: his partner Allison Hyatt; his son Blake Summerlin; his stepdaughter Lori Zumbruski; his grandchildren, Jaiden, Noel Summerlin, Molly, McKenna Zumbruski and Kyle Costa; his great grandchild Myles Costa; and his sister Piper Summerlin.
