Hernandez (Melissa); her grandchildren, Alexis, Bena, Cassidy, Ethan, Gerald, Jashyra, Jayden, Jerad, Jeremy, Judah, Kendra and Mia; and her great grandchildren, Azraiel, Baile, Devere, Honey, Izzy, Joshua, Jude, Lucas, Luna, Ryan, Sebastien, Sofia, Zach and Zelina. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
