She is survived by: her husband Robert Hughes of Halifax; her children, Laura Laing (Peter) of Hanson, MA, Diane Hughes (Joshua Nelson) of Atlanta, GA, Kathleen Streeter (Tony) of Atlanta, GA and Brian Lennon (David) of Guilford, CT.; her grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca, Derek, Arthur, Jamaal, Zoe, Sage, Jonah and Louie; her brother Frank Smith (Patricia McEttrick) of Illinois; and her caregiver Pam.
