He was predeceased by : his parents, Emil Chobot and Katie Chobot (Chowaniec). He is survived by : his wife Eleanor Chobot (Pinckard); his daughters, Connie Gibeault (Michael) and Tammy Morris (Matthew); his grandchildren, Daniel, Wyatt, Shannon and Gage Gibeault; and his great grandchildren, Riley and Camden Gibeault.
