He was predeceased by: his father James L. Kibbe. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Kibbe (Smith) of Hampden; and his brothers, Mark Kibbe and Jonathan Kibbe. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Steven was very active in the Church at St. Mary's Parish in Hampden and would prefer a one-time donation to support retired priests in lieu of flowers.
