He was predeceased by : his parents, Francisco Zevallos and Josefina Pinillos; his brothers, Victor, Alberto and Rigoberto; his niece Aida; and his nephew Andres.
He is survived by : his wife Maria Hilda; his daughter Charo; his grandson Raul; his son-in-law David; his son Javier (Doreen); and his siblings, Clem of Florida and Maria of Florida. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
